ORDERS & DELIVERY
We dispatch all orders for items in stock within 4 working days in the UK. You will be immediately notified of any possible delays. To check on the status of an order or verify delivery, please write to us directly at email@example.com
We will dispatch the items you ordered to the address you provided us for delivery at the time you place your order. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and receive the goods upon delivery.
Once we have dispatched the goods that you have ordered, you become the legal owner of the goods, they will be held by you at your own risk and we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the respective goods. If your order is returned to us because the delivery could not be completed for whatever reason, you will be responsible for the costs of delivery and any additional redelivery costs. We are not responsible for any delays once the goods are in possession of the courier/ delivery provider.
Out of stock sizes or other custom orders will be special order (final sale).
These items will be specially made for you. Please allow up to 20 working days to dispatch or as specified on the product page.
Special orders are non-returnable!
Receiving Your Order
Some orders per your request may require a signature on delivery. If nobody is available to sign for your parcel at the specified address, the delivery company will leave a card so you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
We take certain measures to ensure the delivery of your order is safe and your items arrive undamaged. Thus, we cannot deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses.
Missing or Damaged Items
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If your order is not as expected, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Also, please review our Return Policy section on this page for more information on how to proceed.
Occasionally orders may be subject to payment security checks, which can cause delays in orders’ processing. We may need to contact you to carry out these security checks – if we are unable to reach you using the contact details provided it will delay the dispatch of your order.
Delivery Information for UK
We are happy to offer free standard delivery with Royal Mail for all orders. Sighed for add £4.50 (including insurance). Your order for items in stock will be delivered in 4 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch. Custom sizes and custom orders take up to 20 working days to dispatch.
Delivery Information for EU/EEA countries
We are happy to offer free standard delivery with Royal Mail for all orders over £300.
All other orders delivered by Royal Mail are £9.50.
Your order for items in stock will be delivered in approximetely 5 to 6 working days from the date of dispatch. Please allow for unexpected delays caused by Brexit customs paperwork.
Custom sizes and custom orders take up to 20 working days to dispatch.
If you require express delivery (DHL, DPD, FedEx, etc), please write to us at email@example.com, and we will arrange this for you.
Please note we are not responsible for import taxes that may incurr on your behalf.

Delivery Information for International Orders (Non-EU/EEA)*
International shipping costs can vary from country to country and are subject to change at our discretion. Customers outside the United Kingdom are liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product/import restrictions and other local requirements. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unaware of the situation for your own country we would advise you to verify this information beforehand. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship to Russia.
For standard international delivery outside EU/EEA, the charge is £25.00 (this includes insurance). Your order should be delivered in 10 to 14 working days from the date of dispatch.
For express delivery (DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx), please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will arrange this for you.

You may cancel and return your online order for a full refund within 14 working days from the date you received your order. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your order and we will not charge any penalty. To cancel your order you will have to notify us by email at email@example.com
Please note that refunds for currencies other than the pound sterling will be calculated at the exchange rate of the refund claim date and not the purchase date.
Special orders: please note that out of stock sizes or special colour or materials will be special order, made per your request. They are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
To Return Your Goods
Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 working days of receiving your purchase.
As a UK customer, you will be given a Returns Authorisation Number that must be written on the outside of the package being returned. In addition to this, you must also write the words “RETURNED GOODS” in large, capital letters on the outside of the package. You will have to return the goods to us using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service only and you will have it insured for the goods’ full value. We cannot accept any returns that use a different courier company.
As an Overseas customer, you will be given a Returns Authorisation Number that must be written on the outside of the package being returned. In addition to this, you must also write the words “RETURNED GOODS” in large, capital letters on the outside of the package. You will have to return the goods to us using the FedEx International Shipping only. We cannot accept any returns that use a different courier company.
The shipping and postage receipt for returning the package must be retained by you. The goods must be packed securely in the packaging that you received them in. We are not liable to refund you if the goods are returned to us broken or damaged. Once we have received the goods we will refund the amount due to your credit/debit card or PayPal account within 30 working days. Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded.
Please note that special order goods (out of stock sizes or special colour or materials that are made per your request) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded!
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your bank account or PayPal account. If the refund is not posted, then the next step is to contact your bank/ the company that issued your credit/debit card/ PayPal Customer Support. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve taken these steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded.
Please be aware that we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, please read the information below.To exchange your product, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you have sent us for exchange. In case we do not receive your item, we cannot issue an exchange or a refund.
